Refund policy
Since all our products are digital, we DO NOT offer refunds after purchase. As digital files, we cannot restrict access once the purchase is completed.
However, we consider refund requests under these circumstances:
Non-delivery: If you didn’t receive the delivery email due to checkout or email provider issues, please contact us. If not, the product is considered delivered and downloaded.
Download or unzipping issues: Any problems with downloading or extracting the product must be reported within 7 days. After this period, the product will be deemed successfully downloaded, and no refund will be issued.
Product not as described: If the product doesn’t match the description, report it within 7 days with clear evidence. Complaints based on incorrect expectations will not be considered.
We test all products before release, but if there’s an issue, contact us. If a defect is confirmed and not fixed within 7 days, a full refund will be issued or a replacement offered.
